FEES

To proceed we will also require a signed copy of the commercial lease and the invoices for the outstanding rent. We can also collect outstanding service charges. Our fees are exclusive of VAT, and also exclusive of legal fees if this is deemed necessary for leg action and formal forfeiture of the commercial lease.
